Attending a Royal Ballet School Intensive Course or Summer Intensive? If you are travelling from overseas, you will be required to appoint a UK-based guardian during your time at the programme. To ensure the safety and welfare of all participants, the Royal Ballet School asks international students attending UK Intensive Courses to have a UK-based guardian available to provide support and act as a local emergency contact if required.
Belgravia Guardians provides a simple, affordable, and fully compliant guardianship service specifically designed for students attending Royal Ballet School Intensive Courses and Summer Intensives.
“All students attending a UK Intensive must have a UK-based guardian who we can contact in case of an emergency or if a circumstance results in a child having to leave the School premises.”

Emergency Hosting– £95 per day
Should a student need to leave School accommodation unexpectedly due to illness, welfare concerns, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances, accommodation can be arranged with one of our carefully vetted host families. -
Airport Meet & Greet Service – At Cost
A member of our team or an approved representative can meet students on arrival and assist them with their onward journey. -
Airport Transfers – At Cost
Safe and reliable transport to and from airports, train stations, or other travel hubs can be arranged upon request.
