Remuneration: Salary Range: $22,000-28,000 HKD dependent on the candidate’s suitability and previous experience. Employees are able to join the company pension scheme.

THE ROLE
Belgravia Guardians is looking for a Customer Relations and Sales Assistant with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills to join its dynamic and personable team in Hong Kong. As a leading UK guardianship services company, Belgravia Guardians place every child's welfare and care at our heart. Combining global education with local relationships, Belgravia works between Hong Kong and the UK to support students living away from home at British boarding schools.

Responsibilities

Support parents and students with any questions or queries they may have relating to Boarding School in the UK
-
To acquire, develop and retain relationships with potential new customers
-
Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers through clear communication and follow-up
-
Manage and respond to customer’s inquiries via all communication channels with excellent customer service skills
-
Identify issues and provide solutions for customers in a timely fashion
-
Maintain accurate system records on all inquiries, customer requirements and feedback
-
Sell all Belgravia and Partner Packages to Clients and Stakeholders

Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as required relating to your role which may include school or agent fairs and seminars or presentations for our clients

Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, along with English

Bachelor's degree holder preferred; fresh graduate welcome

1+ years of experience in sales, customer service or the education industry an advantage

Proficiency in IT applications such as Google Suite and Canva or a knowledge in graphics design software is an advantage

Remuneration: Salary Range: £24,000 - £28,000 dependent on the candidate’s suitability and previous experience. Employees are able to join the company pension scheme.

THE ROLE
The Guardianship Operations Assistant is an exciting multi-faceted position for a proactive individual with strong administrative skills and close attention to detail.
​
The Guardianship Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the running of all critical day to day operations for our boarding school students based all around the UK. The reporting line will be to the General Manager and internally, you will also be working closely with the Head of Operations and the Operations Manager, as well as with the Hong Kong office. Externally, you will liaise with students and their families, school representatives from Heads and Principals, to House Master/Mistresses and Matrons, as well as Host Families and transport providers.

Your role will consist of handling inquiries via all communication channels with excellent customer service skills, identifying issues and providing solutions for customers in a timely manner. You will build and maintain good relationships with school representatives, students and host families through clear communication and follow-up and maintaining accurate system records on all inquiries, student/host/schools requirements and feedback.
​
You will act as a Guardian for your allocated students and ensure that their requirements are met and adhered to wherever possible. This may include attending parent meetings and reporting back to the parents, coordinating the arrival and departure of international students, organising logistics to and from school and host families for 'exeats', half terms and school holidays, and coordinating host families for students to stay with during these periods. You will organise transport for any student logistics and manage any emergencies.

There may also be some ad hoc responsibilities from schools in regards to any of the students in our care. (E.g. pastoral emergencies, organising luggage transfer, rebooking of tickets, chasing students for work, or arranging doctor appointments) - this is an exciting role, which requires flexibility, enthusiasm and exceptional people skills.
