INTENSIVE COURSES GUARDIANSHIP
If you are travelling from overseas to attend an intensive course in the UK, you may be required to appoint a UK-based guardian for the duration of your programme. A local guardian provides reassurance for both students and families, offering support throughout the course and acting as an emergency contact should the need arise.
Belgravia Guardians provides a simple, affordable, and fully compliant guardianship service designed specifically for international students attending intensive courses throughout the year, including summer programmes, holiday intensives, and specialist training courses. Our experienced team ensures students have trusted local support, giving families complete peace of mind while they focus on making the most of their UK experience.
We recommend that all students attending a UK Intensive should have a UK-based guardian who can be contacted in case of an emergency or if a circumstance results in a student having to leave the School premises

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Appointed UK-Based Guardian –Appointed UK-Based Guardian meeting all UKVI and visa requirements, plus safeguarding and welfare needs for international students attending Intensive Courses and Summer Intensives.

24/7 Emergency Support – A designated member of the Belgravia Guardians team available at all times should an emergency or welfare concern arise.

Guardianship Confirmation – All documentation required to confirm guardianship arrangements with the School.

Emergency Hosting– £95 per day
Should a student need to leave School accommodation unexpectedly due to illness, welfare concerns, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances, accommodation can be arranged with one of our carefully vetted host families. -
Airport Meet & Greet Service – At Cost
A member of our team or an approved representative can meet students on arrival and assist them with their onward journey. -
Airport Transfers – At Cost
Safe and reliable transport to and from airports, train stations, or other travel hubs can be arranged upon request.
